Mining Justice Week – May 14-19

The Mining Justice Alliance, a grassroots network of activists and organizations, is planning a week of action, art and education from May 14-19 to bring attention to the social and environmental impacts of Vancouver-based mining companies. Local events here on Coast Salish Territory (Vancouver, BC) are being coordinated with an international network that includes communities affected by mining in Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Chile, and Canada. Each of these communities are sending delegations to join us for Mining Justice Week.
